The Best Possible Upholstery
We only use Premium Boltaflex ® with PreFixx ® Colorguard Finish
Boltaflex is non-directional, non-railroaded, 38 oz per linear yard, 100% pure vinyl surface with a polyester / cotton backing.
In surface abrasion tests, 60,000 cycles of of stainless steel screen wire and 400,000 cycles of #8 duck cotton could not wear the vinyl to the base.
In tensile strength tests, CFFA-17, Recorded 113.2 x 89.8 before breaking.
It won't crack until it reaches -20° F , CFFA-6.
It meets all flammability codes, including the FAA's and California 117-75 Sec. E.
It can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water, Formula 409 ®, Isopropyl Alcohol ** or fingernail polish remover **. |
