Training Programme
|
We come to you for 3 days individual mentoring in your own gym. Our experienced trainers will mentor you in every aspect of running your gym and managing your customer experience.
DAY 1 PHYSICAL TRAINING
- We provide you with a detailed understanding of the characteristics & benefits of our 30 minute workout, the hydraulic machines and cardio stations.
- Hands-on training in selling memberships, delivering free trials, new member inductions & monthly health checks.
DAY 2 GYM MANAGEMENT TRAINING & MEMBER RETENTION
- We assist you with customising the software to your gym’s needs.
- We review and practice all gym procedures involving gym software & paperwork. Practice in signing up new members, entering health check information, implementing cancellations, freezes and all reporting functionality.
- We practice procedures for handling cash, card & cheque transactions.
- We review your Member Retention Strategy by looking at potential feedback procedures & the manner in which you listen to your customers. We look at how you use your members’ monthly health checks to set goals & keep connected to each and every customer.
- We look at various options for creating variety on the workout and developing new profit centres & services.
DAY 3 MARKETING & PROMOTION
- We look at a variety of cost-effect marketing approaches.
- We prepare you for what you can expect when you market your gym and the best ways of evaluating the viability of each marketing effort.
- We look at ideas on special offers and promotions for your 3 big yearly campaigns
- We look at the importance of your relationship with the local community and advise you on how to manage both your physical and virtual presence (on the internet).
COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING & OPERATIONS RING BINDER (sent out in advance of training)
- Specific marketing information in a “how to be successful” format.
- 60 page workbook together with tips on marketing programs
- Role playing scenarios for training
- 7 pages of marketing tips that are a must for new gym owners.
THE TRAINING HANDBOOK
